Anthony M. Imevbore (Ph.D) - Chairman
A retired Professor of Zoology of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He is a renowned Environmentalist and a consultant to a number of United Nations Agencies on environment and development issues.

Victor O. Imevbore (B.Sc.) - Managing Director
A Petroleum Engineer, he is a young dynamic man whose vision, drive and passion for excellence have served to ensure the steady growth of the company since inception.

Olufemi A. Bamiro (Ph.D) - Director
A Professor of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Ibadan, he is a distinguished scholar with several years of academic and consulting experience.

Opral M. Benson - (M.A.) - Director
A well-known technocrat, astute in business and an opinion leader in social issues in Nigeria and internationally.
